Had a good day yesterday when I popped into a lovely home and gift shop in Morningside, Edinburgh. I had a good chat with the owner of the shop and she was very helpful in giving me advice about selling to local retailers. She has kindly agreed to have a look at my handmade gifts and I'm hoping she will display some for sale in her shop. All I need to do now is put together a selection of gorgeous things. I also recently visited a local gallery not far from where I live. I think it would be a great outlet for me and I'll be visiting them soon to discuss exhibiting in the gallery.
